摘要 对冷链物流便携存储设备进行相关调查,结合当前市场需求,设计出一款适应性更强、精度更高、性能更稳定的智能恒温箱。该恒温箱通过USB接口充电器作为电能来源,存储于锂电池中为恒温箱提供电量,方便使用者携带;通过DS18B20数字温度传感器、半导体制冷材料以及单片机的相互连接与信号转换,实现恒温控制及温度显示功能;利用模糊PID控制理论,对半导体制冷片电流进行控制,可实现该设备的自动检测与温度调节功能。绘制该设备电路原理图以及外观效果图,提供箱体及性能参数。该设计可广泛应用于物流、实验室、工业、食品和医药等领域,制冷制热效率高,精度高,便于携带。 This paper makes a survey on the portable storage equipment of cold chain logistics, and designs an intelligent thermo-stat which has stronger adaptability, higher precision and more stable performance. The thermostat uses USB chafer as power source and lithium battery to provide electricity, which is convenient for users to carry. Through connecting and signal converting of DS18B20 digital temperature sensor, semiconductor refrigeration materials and MCU, it can achieve constant temperature control and tempera-ture display function. Using the fuzzy PID control theory to control the current of the semiconductor refrigeration piece, the automatic detection and temperature adjustment function of the device can be realized. Finally, we draw the circuit schematic diagram and the appearance of the device and provide parameters of the thermostat and its performance. The design can be widely used in the fields of logistics, laboratory, industry, food and medicine, etc. It has the advantages of high refrigerating and heating efficiency, high pre-cision and is convenient to carry.
