自蔓延工艺对TP110S油管基体性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了TP110S油管经离心自蔓延(SHS)技术制备成陶瓷内衬管后其基体金属性能的变化。结果表明,由于反应释放大量热,基体金属部分组织由原来的S回转变为F+P+B,且晶粒度变粗大,综合力学性能下降,不能达到110钢级要求。该内衬管经过调质热处理后,综合性能能够恢复到110钢级,经高温急冷后内衬层与基体金属间仍结合紧密,内衬层完整无崩裂。 The authors studied the change of the base metal properties of TP110S pipe after it was prepared into ceramic lining pipe with eccentric self propagating ( SHS) technology. Results showed that due to a big amount of heat released by reaction, partial base metal structure changed from S to F+P+B with coarser grain and reduced overall mechanical properties, failing to meet the requirement by grade 110. After the lining pipe was treated by quenching and tempering, the overall properties could go back to grade 110. After high temperature and quenching, the lining was sound and still closely bonded base metal with no crack.
