摘要 设计了一套基于TMS320F28335的正余弦旋转变压器解码系统。分析了正余弦旋转变压器的基本工作原理;给出了该解码系统硬件设计方案,对激励信号产生和调理电路、正余弦信号调理电路进行了具体分析;设计了位置解码软件系统,详细分析了解码算法,并给出了软件流程图;最后对整个系统进行了实验验证,结果表明利用该解码系统能够精确获得永磁电机转子的绝对位置,具有实用性。 This paper designed a sine-cosine resolver decoding system based on TMS320F28335. At first, the fundamental working principle of sine-cosine resolver was analyzed, then the hardware design scheme of the decoding system was given and sine signal conditioning circuit were the decoding algorithm was the excitation signal generating and conditioning circuit and the sine-co- analyzed in detail, then designed the position decoding software system, analyzed in detail, and the software flow chart was given; Finally, mental verification was made. The experimental results show that the decoding system can get position of permanent magnet synchronous motor's rotor precisely, and it has practicability.
