摘要
高性能电机调速系统依赖于转子位置检测,通过旋转变压器可以得到高精度绝对位置信号。在给出旋转变压器工作原理基础上,提出系统的硬软件设计方案。重点介绍了旋转变压器数字转换芯片AU6802N1及其相关参数的选择,并设计了外围电路、检测电路和DSP接口电路。实验结果表明,系统设计合理,旋转变压器和AU6802N1组成的数字位置检测电路正确可行。
High-performance velocity regulation system of the motor depends on the position detection signal. With the resolver, high-precision absolute position signal can be measured. The working principal of the resolver is introduced, the hardware and software design schemes of the system are proposed. The selection of the AU6802N1 which is the digital transforming chip of the resolver and its parameters are mainly introduced. The design of peripheral circuit, the detective circuit and the DSP interface circuit are introduced. The experiment indicates that the system is suitable, and the digital position detection circuit composed with the resolver and AU6802N1 is feasible.
