摘要
为了解辽南地区鸡源大肠杆菌的耐药情况,对辽南地区5个养殖场(户)送检的40例疑似大肠杆菌病、死鸡中分离出36株细菌,经生化试验鉴定出32株属于大肠杆菌。对已鉴定32株大肠杆菌对19种药物进行药敏试验,结果显示除头孢他啶、硫酸粘菌素外,大肠杆菌对其他17种药物均产生不同程度耐药。对阿莫西林的耐药率最高,达68.75%;其次是红霉素,达62.50%;再次是庆大霉素、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、盐酸环丙沙星、盐酸林可霉素,分别是53.13%、40.63%、40.63%、37.50%、31.25%。对头孢噻呋、硫酸阿米卡星、替米考星、左氧氟沙星、多西环素、硫酸新霉素相对较为敏感。
In order to understand the resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from Laying hens in southern Liaoning, 40 cases of suspected E. coli disease were collected from five farms in southern Liaoning, and 36 strains of bacteria were isolated from dead Laying hens. 32 Escherichia coli were isolated and identified by biochemical test. By the means of antimicrobial susceptibility test on 32 Escherichia coli those were identified, the results showed that Escherichia coli produced resistance to 17 drugs in varying degrees apart from Ceftazidime and Cohstin sulfate. Resistance to amoxicillin was the highest, reaching to 68.75%; followed by erythromycin, up to 62.50%; resistance to Again Gentam icin, Enrofloxacin, Norfloxacin, Ciprofloxacin Hy drochloride,lincomycin hydrochloride, were respectively 53.13% ,40.63% ,40.63% ,37.50%and31.25%. Escherichia coli was relatively sensitive to Cefotaxime, Amikacin sulfate, Tilmicosin, Levofloxacin, Doxycycline and Neomycin sulfate.
