摘要
研究对山西10个地市的猪主要养殖区的80多个养猪场(户)针对猪的大肠杆菌病进行了流行病学调查,无菌采集疑似大肠杆菌病病猪或病死猪的相关病料,并进行了病原菌分离及初步鉴定,然后进行血清型鉴定。结果表明:用50种单因子O抗原血清对103株猪大肠杆菌进行血清型鉴定,除6株未鉴定出血清型外,其余97株血清型分属于30个血清型,其中O9(9/97)、O101(9/97)、O107(7/97)、O138(12/97)、O141(6/97)为优势血清型,有43株,共占所鉴定分离菌株的44.3%,其余54株分属于25个血清型,每个血清型均少于4株。
This study of epidemiological investigation about swine E. coli. data from 80 swine breeding areas of 10 cities in Shanxi.Collected bacteria from swine of infection and dead in a sterile environment, and carried out and preliminary identification of the isolated pathogenic bacteria, then serotyped. The results show that with 50 kinds of single factor O antigen of 103 strains of E. coli in pig serotypes identification, in addition to the 6 not i- dentified serotype strains, the rest of the 97 strains of serotype points belong to 30 serotype, including 09 (9/97), O101 (9/97), O107 (7/97), O138 (12/97), 0141 (6/97) as superiority serotype, 43 strains, accounted for the iden- tification of 44.3% of the isolates, the remaining 54 points belong to 25 serotype strains, each serotype and less than 4 strains.
