摘要
空压机目前在天然气增压站场应用十分普遍,它能否平稳安全运行是场站顺利运行的关键所在。所以,对空压机的工艺运行情况分析能够更加深入的了解其运行模式以及工作状态。文章分析了目前涩宁兰压气场站空压机运行时存在的问题,在此基础之上,文章给出了几种目前场站常见的工况条件下空压机更优运行模式,旨在节能降耗达到安全运行的目的。
Air compressors are commonly used in the field of natural gas booster station, which is the key determining the station operation smoothly. So, the analysis of the process operating of air compressor can deeply understand its operating mode and working status. The paper analyzed the problems existed during the air compressor operating in Sebei-Xi＇ning-Lanzhou Gas gas station. On this basis, the paper pointed out several better operating modes of air compressors suitable for common conditions of stations, for the purpose of energy-saving and consumption reducing and operating safely.
