摘要
概述了螺杆式空压机的组成和工作原理。通过对螺杆式空压机在西气东输压气站场5年来的实际应用状况进行分析,针对螺杆式空压机在运行时易发生的典型故障,结合实际应用积累的排障经验,提出了相应的防治和改进措施。
Structure and working principle of screw air compressor are described and analysis is made in application status of the compressor used in gas compressor stations of West-East Gas Pipeline over 5 years.In the light of typical faults occurred in operation and combined with experiences accumulated in trouble shooting,corresponding prevention and technical reform measures are put forward.
