摘要
在水泥回转窑烧成系统中,烧成带温度是影响水泥熟料质量的关键因素,但是在实际生产过程中回转窑烧成带温度不能直接测量,因此利用LS_SVM(最小二乘支持向量机)方法建立通过窑头罩温度、窑主机电流、烟室温度、分解炉出口温度、篦速逼近烧成带温度的虚拟测量模型;其后基于水泥生产线DCS可采集的相关检测变量,建立不同工况下窑头喷煤量与软测量出的烧成带温度之间的动态模型。
In the system of cement rotary kiln, the calcining zone temperature is a critical factor influencing the quality of the cement clinker, but the temperature cannot be measured directly, then through the kiln hood temperature, the main motor current of the rotary kiln, the kiln inlet of the smoke chamber temperature, the precalciner outlet temperature and the cooler speed, the method of least squares support vector machine is used to establish the virtual measurement model approaching the calcining zone temperature; finally, using the related variables collected by the cement production line DCS, the kiln pulverized coal injection and calcining zone temperature dynamic system model is built under different operation conditions.
