Discussion on Differential Pressure Fluctuation Related to the Process Burner in the Single Nozzle Coal Water Slurry Pressurized Gasifier

摘要 分析了单喷嘴水煤浆加压气化炉烧嘴压差波动的主要原因:气化用煤的质量、水煤浆和氧气的性质指标、烧嘴尺寸设计、高压煤浆泵的稳定性等;总结了主要的解决措施:煤质选择、物料工艺指标控制、烧嘴技术改造、采用耐磨合金镶套和陶瓷保护盖、管道设备技改等。生产实践表明:采取这些措施后,可使烧嘴长周期使用,保证气化炉稳定运行。 The main causes of differential pressure fluctuations of the bumer in the single nozzle coal water slurry pressurized gasifier were analyzed: the quality of gasification coal, the properties of coal water slurry and oxygen index, burner size design and the stability of the high-pressure coal slurry pump;the main solutions were summarized as coal quality selection, control of the process indicators of materials, technical renovation of the burner, adoption of wear-resisting alloy and ceramic protection cover, and technical reform of pipelines and equipment. And the production practice showed that after these measures were taken, the burner could be in use for a long period of time to ensure stable operation of the gasifier.
