摘要
对以陕北低变质长焰煤为原料进行的水煤浆气化炉顶飞灰进行有机质富集实验,常规选别方法所需药剂用量较大,经济效益差。在此基础上,采用捕收剂柴油乳化和选择性絮凝浮选的方法,有效提高了可燃固体颗粒的回收率,同时,根据分离后无机玻璃质混合物特性,开展后续相关研究。
The organic matter enrichment test of fly ash from coal-water slurry gasifier which the low metamorphic jet coal as raw material was carried out.The conventional selection method requires a large amount of reagent,as well as deficiency in economic performance.On this basis,using emulsification diesel oil and selective flocculation flotation is an efficient approach to increase recovery of combustible particles.Meanwhile,according to the properties of inorganic glassy mixtures to conduct follow-up studies.
