摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定工业甲醇中氧化物含量的方法,根据实际样品中氧化物种类,以甲醇为溶剂,配制标准溶液,通过Stabilwax色谱柱进行组分分离,用氢火焰离子化检测器检测,用保留时间进行定性分析,采用外标法进行定量分析。分析结果表明,该法能达到将各组分较好分离的效果。选取有代表性的氧化物进行加标回收实验,加标回收率在96.87%~98.97%,精密度小于2.11%,该法可用于工业甲醇中主要氧化物组分含量的快速测定。
A method was developed for the determination of the oxide content in industrial methanol by gas chromatography. The standard solution was prepared with methanol as the solvent,according to the type of oxide in the actual sample ,then separated on a Stabilwax column and the hydrogen flame ionization detector was used for the detection. The retention time was used for qualitative analysis, and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the components could achieve a better separation effect by gas chromatographic method. The representative oxides were selected to test the recovery rate,the recovery rate was in the range from 98.97% to 96.87% with the relative standard deviations less than 2.11%. The method for rapid determination of the main oxide components in industrial methanol was established by using gas chromatography, strong polar capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector.
