摘要
根据悬浊液光学吸收性质研究了定量测定杂醇油的新方法,称主次波长分光光度法。该方法具有精密度好,灵敏度高,计算曲线稳定,操作简便快速等优点。实验表明,RSD≤3.1%,加标回收率95.9%~107%,方法捡出限0.25μg/mL。
In this paper,according to the absorption property of a suspending liquid,a new analytical method called primary-secondary wavelengthes spectrophotometry is studied to determine isoamyl alcohol (fusel oil).The method is superior to traditional colorimetry in precision and sensitivity.The calculated curveis very stable and the operation is easy and rapid. The relative standard deviation is≤3.1% and the detection limit is 0.25 mg/L and the recovery rate is95. 9%-107%.
