气化水煤浆流动特性评价方法的初步实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对工业生产中测量水煤浆黏度时出现的问题,分析了黏度计测量值与浆体的流态不成线性关系的原因。通过对旋转黏度计测量原理的分析,结合实验中表观黏度值与浆体实际流动特性的偏差,提出旋转黏度计测量表观黏度的方法不再适合气化水煤浆流动特性的评价。以旋转黏度计和漏斗实验对比,完成了气化水煤浆流动性实验,提出以运动黏度作为流动特性的考察指标,并建立相关评价体系。 With reference to the problem occurred in coal water slurry viscosity measurement in industrial production, the reason why the measuring values from viscometer didn't fit well with slurry fluidity was analyzed. By analyzing the work principle of rotational viseometer and the deviation between apparent viscosity value and rheological property of slurry,a viewpoint was put forward that the measurement method of apparent viscosity by rotational viscometer was not suitable for the theological property evaluation of coal water slurry used for gasification. Base on the laboratory test with rotational viscometer and funnel, the research on fluidity of coal water slurry used for gasification was made, the kinematic viscosity was proposed as an indicator to fluidity, with relevant evaluation system established.
