摘要
目的探讨CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的短期效果。方法抽取2014年9月~2016年9月在我院接受治疗的84例高血压基底节区脑出血患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。对照组采用常规开颅血肿清除术进行治疗,治疗组采用CT定位下微创穿刺技术进行治疗。比较两组患者的操作时间、意识恢复时间、住院总时间、手术总有效率、手术前后脑神经缺损程度评分改善幅度、不良反应。结果治疗组操作时间、意识恢复时间、住院总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组手术总有效率为88.1%,高于对照组的61.9%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组脑神经缺损程度评分的改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率为4.8%,低于对照组的23.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压基底节区脑出血疾病患者采用CT定位下微创穿刺技术进行治疗,能减轻手术创伤,使恢复速度加快,减少不良反应。
Objective To investigate the short-term effect of minimally invasive puncture treating hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage under CT.Methods 84 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group by a random digital table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine craniotomy hematoma removal,while the treatment group was treated with minimally invasive puncture under CT.The operation time,recovery time,total hospital stay,total effective rates,degrees of improvement of cerebral nerve defect scores before and after operation,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,recovery time,total hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences (P〈0.05).The total effective rate of operation in the treatment group was up to 88.1%,which was higher than that of 61.9% in the Control group with a significant difference (P〈0.05).The degree Of improvement of cerebral nerve defect scores before and after operation in the treatment was higher than that in the control group with asignificant difference (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the treatment group(4.8%)during the operation was lower than that in the control group(23.8%), with a significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive puncture treating hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage under CT can reduce the operation trauma,accelerate the recovery and reduce the adverse reactions.
