摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学指标的影响。方法选择于本院就诊的950例急性脑梗死患者,简单随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用丹参注射液治疗,试验组采用丹红注射液治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标和神经系统功能缺损程度评分的改善情况,并观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗后各项血液流变学指标的降低程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),神经系统功能缺损评分的降低程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后试验组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=45.5023,P=0.0000),两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论丹红注射液可以明显改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能和血液流变学指标,且有良好的临床疗效,适合临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of Danhong injection on acute cerebral infarction with nerve function and blood rheology. Methods 950 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and simple randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group was given Danshen injection treatment,the experimental group was given Danhong injection treatment.The improvement of hemorheology and neurological deficit scores, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed. Results The minimize of hemorheology in experimental group after treatment was significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the neurological deficit score was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the total effective rate in experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （χ2= 45.5023,P=0.0000）,there no significant adverse reactions occurred during the two groups of patients. Conclusion Danhong injection can significantly improve neurological function in acute cerebral infarction and hemorheology,and it has a good clinical efficacy,suitable for clinical application.
