摘要
脱水污泥作为污水处理厂的最终产物,其成分复杂,主要包括蛋白质、多糖等有机物,还有各种重金属元素。拟采用加碱、加热、超声波、EDTA等不同预处理方式提取污泥中的蛋白质,对比分析找出一种粗蛋白提取效率较高的方法,同时应用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)对提取物进行进一步分析,以初步验证提取后的污泥蛋白作为动物饲料的营养性和安全性。
As a final product from waste water treatment plant,sludge is complex in composition,mainly including protein,polysaccharides and other organic matters,as well as a variety of heavy metals.In this study,the protein,with the highest percentage in sludge,was extracted using different pretreatment methods(i.e.alkali,heating,ultrasonic pretreatment and EDTA) and an efficient method for crude protein extraction was found.The extracted products were further analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) to validate nutrition and safety of the extracted sludge protein as animal feed.
