强化护理干预对预防神经外科ICU昏迷患者失禁性皮炎效果的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的:探究强化护理干预对神经外科ICU昏迷患者失禁性皮炎(IAD)预防效果的影响。方法:将80例符合入组标准的ICU昏迷失禁患者随机分为干预组(实施强化护理干预)和对照组(给予常规护理),各40例,比较两组IAD发生情况及治疗效果。结果:干预组患者IAD发生率低于对照组,发生时间长于对照组,经比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:强化护理干预可减少ICU昏迷患者IAD的发生。
