摘要
目的探讨护理干预对神经外科ICU患者焦虑的影响。方法随机选取2014年4月至2015年2月在我院神经外科ICU接受治疗的74例患者的临床资料。随机分为观察组(37例)和对照组(37例),给予对照组患者常规护理,在此基础上给予观察组护理干预。结果两组患者护理前后SAS评分比较,观察组优于对照组。结论对神经外科ICU焦虑患者采取积极有效的护理干预措施,可以使患者焦虑的情绪降到最低,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the anxiety of neurosurgical ICU patients.Methods The clinical data of 74 patients treated in neurosurgical ICU in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2015 were randomly selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the observation group （37 cases） and the control group （37 cases）. Patients in the control group were given routine care, while patients in the observation group were provided with nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.ResultsComparing the SAS scores before and after nursing, those of the observation group were superior to those of the control group.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention measures taken for the anxiety of neurosurgical ICU patients can minimize peatients’ anxiety and improve the quality of treatment.
