摘要
介绍了舞钢研制大厚度高层建筑用Q460GJD钢板的成分设计思路、生产工艺控制及产品实物性能。通过Nb、V微合金化、添加N等元素的成分设计以及合理的控轧、热处理工艺,得到细晶粒铁素体+珠光体组织,生产出厚度150 mm、屈强比小于0.83的高层建筑用Q460GJD钢板,性能完全满足新标准要求。
The art ic le describes the composition design philosophy, process control and actual product properties of Q460GJD heavy steel plate for high rise building developed by Wugang. 150 mm thick Q460GJD steel plate with yield to tensile strength ratio less than 0. 83 and refined grain fer r ite and pearlite microstructure is produced by compo-sition design of Nb and V microalloying, adding N element, rational controlled rol ling and heat treatment process, of which the mechanical properties ful ly satisfy the requirements of new standard.
