摘要
深圳湾体育中心主场馆钢屋盖为单层空间变曲面弯扭斜交网格结构,工程跨度大、结构体系复杂,在关键部位采用特殊钢种Q460GJD,且存在高空全位置焊接和大直径厚壁圆管的相贯焊接。在对工程特点认真分析和对Q460GJD钢焊接进行多次试验的基础上,选择匹配的焊材、优化焊接工艺、进行合理施焊、重点防护和有效控制,最终成功完成Q460GJD钢的现场焊接施工,经检验焊缝全部合格。
The steel roof of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center is designed as bending-torisonal grid structure with spatial changing surface. Because of the large span, complex structural systems, the special steel Q460GJD was used in key parts and there is a high-altitude all-position welding and large-diameter welding to thick-walled tube of the intersection. In a careful analysis of project characteristics and on the basis of multiple tests of Q460GJD welding, selecting welding consumables, welding process optimization, reasonable welding, key protection and effective control have been done. Finally, Q460GJD site welding have been finist^ed successfully and all testing were qualified.
