摘要
对某电厂燃气轮机旁路阀弯管螺栓失效原因进行分析。通过检查螺栓的脱落位置、螺栓螺母形状、螺栓焊点断口形貌、浮动环、螺母尺寸以及螺栓螺母材质,确定了螺栓失效模式及失效的主要原因。针对发现的问题采取了增加浮动环安装孔直径和控制点焊焊接质量等处理措施,成功解决了旁路阀弯管固定螺栓失效脱落的问题。
The reason of bypass valve bend bolt failure of gas turbine in a power plant is analyzed. By checking the drop position of bolt, the shape of the bolt and nut, the fracture morphology of the solder joint, the floating ring, the size of nut and the material quality of the bolt and nut, the failure mode of the bolt and main reason of the failure are determined. Aiming at problems found, treatment measures has been adopted including increasing the mounting hole diameter of floating ring and controlling the spot welding quality and so on, which successfully solve the failure and drop problem of bypass valve bend fixing bolt.
