摘要
通过对某电厂浆液循环泵连轴螺栓失效原因进行理化试验分析,结果表明:螺栓热处理不当、安装时紧固力矩的不平衡及螺栓环向损伤等因素,是导致浆液循环泵连轴螺栓失效、断裂的主要原因.
Physical and chemical experiments are made to investigate the fractures of joint bolts from circulating pump. The results show that the inappropriate heat treatment, imbalance torque in installation and circumferential direction failure result in the fracture occurring in the joint bolts.
