摘要
实施持续性的医疗数据追踪是进行医疗循证管理、科学决策的基础。北京大学第一医院根据《三级综合医院评审标准(2011版)》《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》等标准制定了《医疗信息简报》,加强了医疗管理团队建设,提升了医疗管理水平。同时指出,在以后《医疗信息简报》工作中,医疗管理团队要从发布数据到提供决策方向转变,即各部门应对数据进行解析,对于管理工作的难点及薄弱环节向临床科室提炼解决举措,并依此引导临床科室有所改进。
Continuous medical care data tracking is the foundation of evidence-based management and scientific policy making. According to the tertiary general hospital accreditation standards （vision of 2011） and the details of implementation of tertiary general hospital accreditation standards, medical care information bulletin was edited. The medical care information bulletin has helped improving medical care team building and promoting hospital management. Suggestions on improving medical care information bulletin such as the key point of medical care information bulletin transferring from data description to data analysis and policy making support and helping clinical department improving management.
