摘要
将"学而时习之"理念应用于中医诊断学教学,使学生适时运用所学理论解决临床问题,学以致用,获得成就感,"不亦悦乎"。树立"以学生为中心"教学理念,重视学生在教学过程中的中心地位。教学设计强化理论实践结合:1注重理论联系实践,前四章教学时就充分考虑实践课内容,创造实践机会,准备多媒体教学课件,视频+口述吸引学生注意力,调动学生积极性,让学生间互相练习,主动参与,加深对实践教学内容的理解和掌握。2授课教师多参加临床工作,积累临床经验,提高自身诊断与治疗能力。3增加学生临床见习机会,激发使命感、责任感,加强主讲教师和临床带教老师沟通和集体备课,使临床见习更好地提升学生理论深度。鼓励主讲教师既从事教学,又不脱离临床实践,并加强课下辅导,通过模拟情景剧培养学生创新能力和主动学习、辨证思维能力,提高临床实践能力,实践课教学引入临床病例,安排真实病人,理论知识与临床实践结合,帮助学生理解和掌握知识,提高学习效果。
The concept of learning proficiency for officialdom is applied to the teaching of diagnostics of TCM, so that the students must be pleasure because they can solve the clinical problems in time and learn in order to practice and get a sense of accomplishment. Set up the teaching idea of taking the student as the center and pay attention to the central position of the students in the teaching process. Integration of theory and practice should be emphasized in teaching design: (1)Pay attention to connection of theory and practice. We should give full consideration to the content of practical courses and create practical opportunities in the first four chapters. Preparing multimedia courseware and video+dictation to attract the attention of students, mobilize the enthusiasm of students, so that students practice each other, active participation, deepen the understanding and mastery of practical teaching content.(2)Teachers should take part in clinical work, accumulate clinical experience and improve their ability of diagnosis and treatment.(3)To increase student clinical internship opportunities, stimulate the sense of mission and responsibility, strengthen teachers and clinical teachers communication and collective classes, to better enhance the clinical probation students theoretical depth. Encourage teachers to engage in teaching and clinical practicing and strengthen the guidance of the class. Cultivate students' ability of innovation and initiative learning and dialectical thinking, and to improve the ability of clinical practice through Simulation of sitcoms. In practice teaching, we introduce clinical cases, arrange the real patients and combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, help students understand and master the knowledge, and improve the learning effect.
