摘要
目的探讨社区协同护理模式对社区协同护理能力和患者自身护理能力的影响。方法共纳入220例老年患者及其家庭为研究对象,随机分为对照组和协同护理组各110例。对照组患者接受一般社区护理,协同护理组患者在此基础上接受协同护理措施。采用自制协同护理能力问卷比较两组的协同护理,采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)比较两组患者的自我护理能力。结果协同护理组患者依从性、照顾者协同护理能力、对社区协同护理模式了解程度和满意度评分,均显著高于对照组患者,自我护理能力总分及各个维度评分,均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区协同护理模式有助于提高整个社区的健康协同护理能力和患者自我护理能力。
Objective To explore the effect of community collaborative nursing model of collaborative care ability and self nursing ability of patients in community. Methods 220 patients were randomly divided into control group and family collaborative nursing group（ each with 110 cases）; the control group received general community care,collaborative nursing group received collaborative nursing model on this basis. Self nursing ability questionnaire was used to compare the two groups of collaborative nursing,and the self-care ability scale（ ESCA）was used to compare the self-care ability of the two groups. Results Compliance,caregiver collaborative nursing ability,the level of understanding and satisfaction degree of community collaborative nursing model of collaborative nursing group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Self care ability score and each dimension score were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions The community collaborative nursing model can help to improve the whole community health collaborative nursing ability and self nursing ability of patients.
