摘要
目的:探讨p27蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:免疫组化检测251例乳腺浸润性导管癌中p27蛋白的表达。结果:细胞质p27蛋白表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌组织学类型和雌激素受体表达相关,细胞质高表达p27蛋白的患者预后较好。结论:乳腺浸润性导管癌细胞质p27的表达是患者的预后因素,临床检测其表达水平将对乳腺癌恶性程度、复发转移的可能性以及患者预后的评估均具有重要的参考价值。
Objective：To investigate the role of cytoplasmic p27 expression in human breast invasive ductal carcinomas.Methods：The cytoplasmic expression of p27 in 251 cases with breast invasive ductal carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results：The cytoplasmic expression of p27 was associated with histological grade and the expression of estrogen receptor and promised a good prognosis.Conclusion：The cytoplasmic expression of p27 is the prognostic factor for human breast invasive ductal carcinoma.The expression level of cytoplasmic p27 is examined to benefit the patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma for prognosis.
