摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在肿瘤放疗患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将2015年1—12月565例肿瘤放疗患者随机分为观察组(298例)与对照组(267例);对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,观察组对健康教育实施PDCA循环管理;比较两组的健康知识掌握情况与患者满意度。结果观察组患者对健康知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组(χ~2=97.18,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。观察组的患者满意度明显高于对照组(χ~2=57.45,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论PDCA循环管理可使肿瘤放疗患者健康教育实现精细化、个性化管理,推动健康教育质量持续改进。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in health education of tumor, radiotherapy patients. Methods From Jan 2015 to Dec 2015, 565 tumor patients during radiotherapy were divided into observation group （298 cases） and control group （267 cases） randomly. The control group was received traditional health education, and observation group was received PDCA cycle management. Health knowledge mastery and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Health knowledge mastery of observation group was superior to that of control group （x^2 = 97. 18, P 〈 0.01 ）. Patient satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group （x^2 = 57.45,P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can realize fine management and individualized management in health education of tumor radiotherapy patients, and promote continuous improvement of health education quality.
