摘要
目的建立小枣中有机硒和无机硒的测定方法。方法分别利用微波消解和80%乙醇溶液提取枣样,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定总硒和无机硒的含量,差值即为有机硒。结果硒的线性范围为0~100 ppb,检出限为0.0904 ppb,回收率94%~104%。结论通过测定沧州4个不同产地20份小枣总硒、无机硒及有机硒含量,并采用方差分析,表明4个不同产地的小枣总硒含量、无机硒及有机硒含量差异有统计学意义,其中任丘和黄骅枣中不仅总硒含量高,且有机硒含量比例也最大。
Objective To establish a method for determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in Chinese jujube from Cangzhou City. Methods The samples were extracted with 80 % alcohol after microwave digestion. The contents of total selenium and inorganic selenium were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectometry (HG-AFS). The content of organic selenium was the difference between the contents of total selenium and inorganic selenium. Results The linear range of the determination method for selenium was 0-100 ppb. The detection limit was 0.0904 ppb. The range of recovery rate was 94 %-104 %. Conclusion The contents of total selenium, inorganic and organic selenium in 20 Chinese jujube samples from four different areas in Cangzhou were detected by this method. The results showed that the contents differences of the samples from different areas were significant, and higher contents of total selenium and organic selenium in Chinese jujube from Renqiu and Huanghua areas were observed.
