摘要
通过等质量替代水泥,研究了炉渣对干混抹灰砂浆拌和物和易性、强度、拉伸黏接强度、干燥收缩的影响,并与矿粉、粉煤灰的作用效果进行了对比.结果表明:不超过30%的炉渣不改变砂浆拌和物的和易性,炉渣和粉煤灰虽然化学成分相似,但炉渣活性稍高于粉煤灰,表现在炉渣对14d拉伸黏接强度有利,炉渣、粉煤灰能够减小砂浆干缩.
The paper studies the effects of slag on dry mixing plasterfrom the perspectives of workability, strength, tensile bond strength and drying shrinkage, and compares with the effect of slag on the performance of mineral powder and fly ash. The results show that the slag does not change the workability of mortar mixture with slag less than 30%. The slag and fly ash are similar in chemical composition, but the slag activity is slightly higher than that of the fly ash, which is beneficial to the 14d tensile bond strength . Slag and fly ash can reduce the drying shrinkage.
