掺磨细粉煤灰的干混抹灰砂浆的性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 对粉煤灰的基本性质和掺粉煤灰的干混抹灰砂浆的性能进行了研究,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对粉煤灰和掺粉煤灰的胶凝材料净浆硬化体进行了分析。研究结果表明:II级磨细粉煤灰完全可以代替II级原状粉煤灰用于干混抹灰砂浆的配制,并且所配制的砂浆性能更好;在水泥含量30%、粉煤灰50%和烟气脱硫石膏20%组成的胶凝材料,水胶比为0.3的28 d净浆硬化体中,掺原状粉煤灰的水化产物呈板状,结构较疏松,强度较低;磨细粉煤灰和石膏的水化产物是由大量的凝胶产物和针、棒状水化产物相互交织在一起所组成,结构较紧密,产生较高的强度。 Research on the basic properties of the fly-ash and the performances of the dry-mixed rendering mortar with ground fly-ash were carried on.The fly-ash and hardened paste of cementing materials with the fly-ash were also analyzed by the scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the grade II ground fly-ash could completely replace the grade II original fly-ash in dry-mixed rendering mortar,and the performances of producing mortar were better.The reaction products with original fly-ash have tabular loose structure and low strength and the reaction products with ground fly-ash were composed of a lot of gels and needle/rod crystals and had dense structure and high strength in the 28 d hardened paste of water binder ratio(mass)of 0.3 and the cementing materials composed of 30% cement and 50% fly-ash and 20% flue gas desulphurization gypsum.
