摘要
目的观察中医辩证施治牙周病的临床疗效。方法将2014年3月~2015年12月我院门诊口腔科诊断为牙周病的患者128例随机分成中医研究组和对照组两组,对照组采用牙周基础治疗加口服抗生素,研究组在牙周病基础治疗的基础上,根据患者的临床表现,采用中药汤剂辨证施治。两组均以14天为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程,观察两组治疗后各项临床指标变化评定疗效。结果中医治疗组与对照组疗效差异有显著性,中医治疗组优于对照组。结论中医治疗中早期牙周病能显著提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods A total of 128 cases of patients with periodon- tal disease from Mar. 2014 to Dec. 2015 in our hospital outpatient dental were randomly divid- ed into TCM treatment group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with periodontal basic treatment and oral antibiotics, and the treatment group was treated on the ba- sis of basic treatment of periodontal disease, also taken Chinese medicine decoction according to the clinical manifestations of the patients. One course of the two groups included 14 days, patients in both groups were treated for four courses continuously. Then the changes in the two groups after treatment were observed and the efficacy was evaluated according to the clinical indicators. Results The difference between TCM treatment group and control group was significantly, and the efficacy in the TCM group was better than the control group. Conclusion The TCM in the treatment of periodontal disease in early period can significantly improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
