摘要
为了提高高等学校的教学质量,很多高校致力于本科教学模式的改革,其中之一就是引入了研究生"助教"辅助教学模式。广西大学作为区内唯一的"211"重点高校,是较早实施该项改革的学校。经过多年的实践,此模式取得了一定的效果,但也存在着一些主要的问题。该文通过对研究生助教助学模式的实践进行深入思考,探索研究生助教在高校教学中的角色定位以及完善这种辅助教学模式的对策。
The reform of teaching model is being conducted in many colleges and universities in order to improve the teaching quality; one of the effective methods is to introduce the assistive teaching model of graduate students as "TA". As the only "211" key university in Guangxi, Guangxi University has carried out this strategy in an earlier period and has got some achievements after years of practice. This paper analyzes the practice of this teaching model and tries to find out some countermeasures to deal with the main problems existing in this teaching model.
