摘要
为确保霍各庄矿由露天转入地下开采的安全,需在露天坑底下部留一定厚度的隔离层。利用典型勘探线剖面建立数值计算模型,分析各预选方案下典型剖面的应力分布状态,计算不同方案的隔离层安全系数和露天边坡安全系数。分析表明,霍各庄矿露天边帮在露天开采结束时状态稳定,地下首中段开采形成空区后边坡安全系数明显降低;隔离层厚度不同,露天边坡安全系数差异较大。选取隔离层安全系数、露天边坡安全系数、矿石回收率、隔离层抗冲击能力等4个评价指标,应用权关联系数评价模型对各预选方案进行综合评价,最终确定霍各庄矿露天转地下开采的最优隔离层厚度为35m。
An isolation layer in a certain thickness at the bottom of open pit needs to be left to ensure safety in a shift from open pit to underground mining in Huogezhuang Mine. A numerical calculation model was built based on the typical profiles of exploratory line. The stress distribution of the typical profiles under the different preselected schemes was analyzed and the safety factors of isolation layer and open pit slope under the different preselected schemes were calculated. Analysis showed that the open pit slope in Huogezhuang Mine was very stable when surface mining oper- ation was completed, but slope safety factors deceased obviously after the mined-out areas at the underground initial level were formed. And the open pit slope safety factors changed greatly with the different isolation layer thicknesses. Safety factors for i- solation layer and open pit slope, ore recovery rate and impact re- sistance of isolation layer were selected as the evaluation indexes of isolation layer thickness. The optimal isolation layer thickness from open pit to underground mining in Huogezhuang Mine was determined as 35 meters by comprehensive evaluation of the different preselected schemes with the weight relation coefficient evaluation model.
