房柱法开采磷矿围岩稳定性仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 以云南磷化集团下属晋宁磷矿2#坑为研究对象,通过现场勘查、室内试验研究确定该磷矿的物理力学参数,对倾斜中厚磷矿体地下开采的房柱法进行了离散元法分析,计算出露天坑底与地下采场之间的最小安全厚度,以及对两层磷矿进行模拟开挖,结果表明开挖下盘矿具有较大风险,且容易对露天矿坑造成危险,目前隔离层厚度为50m时才能保证上、下两层矿体同时回采的安全性,目前只开挖上盘矿体较安全。研究成果为进一步工程实践提供了相关依据。 By taking the Yunnan Phosphorus Group subsidiary Jinning phosphate rock the 2nd pit as the research object and using pillar-and-room mining method and discrete element method, the authors research the method of the inclined medium thick ore body phosphate underground mining. It confirm the safest thickness between the open bottom of the pit and underground and check the thickness of the existing mezzanine ability to guarantee the two--tier mining method for the recovery. The results show that it has more risk to excavate the footwall mine and easy to make dangerous for open pit. Isolation layer thickness with 50m can guarantee security of the two layers of the ore body at the same time mining. It is more safety to only mining the upper mine. Contrasting the results and excavation practice; the result can provide reference of geological defects detection in excavation practice.
