摘要
针对磷矿浮选回水循环利用过程中管道结垢问题,在实际浮选废水环境中采用静态挂片法对结垢影响因素进行研究。主要考察了废水中钙离子质量浓度、硫酸根离子质量浓度、镁离子质量浓度、pH值及废水的温度对结垢的影响。结果表明:管道主要发生二水硫酸钙结垢;增加废水中钙离子和硫酸根离子质量浓度会加快结垢;结垢现象随着温度升高变得严重;镁离子可以减少垢的形成,对结垢起抑制作用;在酸性环境中,pH值越低,结垢越严重。
Research was made on scaling influencing factors in the actual flotation waste water environment with the static hang piece method to address the issue of pipeline scaling in the process of recycling of phosphate flotation backwater. The effects of mass concentrations of calcium ion, sulfate ion, magnesium ion, pH and temperature in waste water on pipeline scaling were mainly investigated. The results showed that the scaling on the surface of pipes is mainly calcium sulfate dihydrate and higher concentra- tion of calcium ion and sulfate ion will speed up scaling. With higher temperature, the scaling problem tends to get serious. Magnesium ion can reduce the formation of scaling and play a role in inhibition of scaling formation. In the acidic environment, the lower pH value, the more serious scaling is.
