摘要
以理论知识为基础,分析了级配和粒径对浆体性质的影响,列举出几种典型的结垢过程,最后指出在管道输送中要严格控制浆体的级配与粒径,降低管道结垢的几率。
A theoretical analysis is made of the effect of size consist and particle size of slurry on fouling tendency of slurry conveyance pipeline.Several typical cases are cited by way of example to show the scale formation processes in pipelines.It is pointed out that the size consists and particle size of slurry need to be strictly controlled for reducing the probability of formation of scale deposits in pipelines.
