玉叶金花醇提物不同极性部位抗氧化活性研究 被引量:1

Study on Antioxidative Properties of Different Polarity Parts from Mussaenda PubescensAit.f.Ethanol Extracts

摘要 目的:研究玉叶金花醇提物不同极性部位体外抗氧化活性。方法:以VC作为对照,采用ABTS+自由基清除率、DPPH自由基清除率、还原力三种评价体系对玉叶金花不同提取部位进行体外抗氧化活性评价,并计算半数抑制浓度(IC50)。结果:玉叶金花醇提物各极性部位,均有一定的抗氧化活性。乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位对ABTS+自由基清除率分别达到98.18%、98.44%(IC50分别为0.287 mg/mL、0.167 mg/mL);乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位对DPPH自由基清除率分别达到94.26%、93.24%(IC50分别为0.283 mg/mL、0.214 mg/mL);乙酸乙酯部位还原力最强,到达VC(0.064 mg/mL)的89.98%,各部位还原力存在浓度依赖性,随着浓度的升高,呈现较好的量效关系。结论:玉叶金花有一定抗氧化活性,表明其可作为潜在来源的天然抗氧化剂,也为玉叶金花开发利用提供新方向。 Objective:Tostudy antioxidativeproperties of different polarities from MussaendaPubescensAitf.ethanolextracts.Methods:Using ABTS+tree radical scavenging method,DPPH tree radical scavenging method and reducing power to evaluate the antioxidative properties of different polarities from M PubescensAit.f.ethanot extracts,and 1CS0 was also calculated.Results:All the parts from M PubescensAit.f.ethanol extracts exhibited some antioxidative properties.The eliminatinn rate of ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcoholpolarity parts to ABTS+free radical were 98.18%and 98.44%(ICS0=0.287,0.167mg/mL).The elimination rate of ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol polarity parts to DPPH flee radical were 94.26%and 93.24%(IC50=0.283,0.214 mg/mL).The reducing power ofethyl acctatepolarity part was strongest in the test systems,up to 89.98%of Vitamin C(0.064 mg/mL),and allpolarity parts were in concentration-dependant manner.With the increase the concentration of different concentration extract,the antioxidant ability exhibited well dose-response relationship.Conclusion:M Pube.f.censAit.f:iexhibited some ant oxidative properties,it suggested that it may be the potential source of nature antioxidant,aslo it provided a new direction for the development and utilization of M PubescensAit.f.
