摘要
从栽培食用菌和野生食用菌两方面综述了云南食用菌的资源状况 ,通过对云南食用菌研究、开发现状的总结 ,就其存在的问题提出了相应的建议。简述了食用菌资源在云南应用开发中的广阔前景 ,并提出可持续利用发展的战略。
This paper briefly reviews the edible fungi resource in Yunnan from two aspects, namely, the cultivated edible fungi and the wild edible fungi. The present status of their research and utilization is summarized in detail. Based on the problems existing on the edible fungi exploitation and utilization,corresponding suggestions concerning this issue are proposed. Finally, the author discusses the development potential of edible fungi resource in Yunnan and gives some recommendations on sustainable utilization and development.
