积极心理学视域下大学生就业压力应对与情绪管理的实证研究 被引量:5

The Empirical Study of College Students cope with Employment Pressure and Emotion Management Under Positive Psychology

摘要 本文运用积极心理学理念,对大学生就业压力应对、情绪管理能力等品质进行干预性研究,随机选取吉林省长春市两所高校283名大学生,分为实验组、控制组进行为期3个月(大三年级第二学期)的干预性研究。结果显示:经过积极心理课程干预后,实验组学生总体心理压力感明显降低(t=19.217,p<0.05;t=21.450,p<0.01);在解决问题、求助的应对选择上,会更多采用面对问题、解决问题的积极应对方式;焦虑水平、抑郁水平明显降低(t=18.312,p<0.05;t=20.490,p<0.05);学生人格因素中的乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、敢为性、独立性、自律性水平都在一定程度上有所提升。 In this paper, using the concept of positive psychology, cope with the pressure on college students' employment, emotional management ability and quality research,this article investigated 283 students that were divided into experimental group and control group, for three months (second semester) junior grade of the study.The results showed that, after the intervention of the positive psychology course, the mental stress of experimental group students were significantly decreased (t=19.217, p〈0.05; t=21.450, p〈0.01) ; In problem solving and helping to choice, will adopt more positive coping styles to face and solve problems; Anxiety and depression levels were significantly decreased (t=18.312, p 〈 0.05; t=20.490, p 〈0.05) ; to some extent, the students of personality factors, warmth, intelligence, stability, Social Boldness, independence, self-discipline level are improved.
