湖南省白檀农艺性状多样性及相关性研究 被引量:6

Genetic diverstiy and correlation analysis of main agronomic characters in Symplocos paniculata of Hunan province

摘要 为有效地保护及开发利用白檀种质资源,加快育种工作进程,以湖南省具有代表性的260份白檀为材料,对其21个农艺性状进行了遗传多样性、相关性以及主成分分析。结果表明:湖南省白檀资源各农艺性状的变异系数为5.71%~85.51%,其中冠幅的变异系数最大(85.51%),变幅为62.59 m^2;果实相关性状的变异系数较小,平均仅为23.04%,具有遗传稳定性;各农艺性状的遗传多样性指数均较大,平均1.492,其中果实含油率遗传多样性指数最高为1.897,可知白檀资源具有丰富的遗传基础;白檀冠幅决定着果实经济性状,与单穗果粒数、果穗长度、果穗紧密度、含油率均呈极显著正相关;白檀果实脂肪酸含量与果实生长期呈极显著负相关,可据此合理把握白檀果实采摘期,为白檀资源的栽培管理提供参考依据。 In order to efficiently conservate and utilize of Symplocos paniculata ermplasm in breeding program, genetic diversity and relation of 21 agronomic characters were assessed in 260 accessions of Symplocos paniculata resources from Hunan. The results showed that agronomic traits variation coefficient of Symplocos paniculata were from 5.71% to 85.51%, among them the variation coefficient of crown diameter (85.51%) was the largest, ranged from 0.68 to 63.27m2. The average variation coefficient of fruit traits was only 23.04%, which showed a good genetic stability. All agronomic traits tested showed genetic diversity indexes, ranging from 1.045 to 1.897 with an average of 1.492, which showed this collection of Symplocos paniculata germplasm had great diversity. The crown diameter of Symplocos paniculata decided the economic characters and had significant positive correlation with fruit number per ear, bunch length, bunch compactness and fruit oil content. Fruit growth period had significant negative correlation with fatty acids content in fruit, which could conduct us to choose the reasonable time for fruit harvest and provide a reference basis for Symplocos paniculata resources cultivation management.
