摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对减少心律失常患者动态心电图伪差的作用。方法:以笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年1月门诊收治的50例心律失常患者为研究对象,对其编号排序后以双盲法分为常规组与研究组,各25例,常规组实施常规知识宣教,研究组在此基础上给予综合护理干预措施,对两组患者动态心电图伪差发生率进行统计对比。结果:研究组伪差发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效减少心律失常患者动态心电图伪差发生率,值得在临床护理中推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on pseudo difference of dynamic electrocardiogram（ECG） in patients with arrhythmia.Method：Fifty patients with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were divided into two groups：conventional group and study group.25 patients in routine group received the conventional knowledge educations,while 25 patients in the study group had been given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional knowledge educations.The dynamic ECG artifacts were collected for statistical comparison.Result：The incidence of pseudo difference in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of pseudo difference in patients with arrhythmia,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
