苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗脑梗死合并冠心病的疗效及安全性分析被引量：2

摘要目的:探究苯磺酸氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀联合治疗脑梗死合并冠心病的疗效及安全性。方法:我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的74例脑梗死合并冠心病患者,依据治疗方法分为单一组、联合组,各37例。单一组应用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,联合组应用阿托伐他汀+苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。统计对比两组临床效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组总有效率97.30%远优于单一组的75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,联合组2.70%远低于单一组的21.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀联合应用于脑梗死合并冠心病治疗,效果显著,安全性较高。
