摘要
目的:探讨无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者应用优质护理的成效。方法:随机选择2015年1月-2016年1月笔者所在医院收治的86位无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者,作为本次研究对象,采用电脑随机分组方式,将患者分为研究组与常规组,各43例。其中常规组患者给予普通护理;研究组患者在普通护理基础之上实施优质护理,对比两组患者临床护理满意率,观察两组患者护理前后抑郁、焦虑评分及并发症发生情况。结果:实施护理后,两组患者抑郁、焦虑评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组患者抑郁、焦虑评分改善幅度显著优于常规组患者(P<0.05),护理满意率明显高于常规组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针对无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者,实施优质护理,可显著提升患者护理满意率,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率,有利于提升患者临床治疗效果。
Objective：To study the effect of high quality nursing in patients with painless stomach and anesthesia.Method：From January 2015 to January 2016,86 patients with painless stomach and anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the research object,the patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the research group and the routine group by the computer random grouping,each group 43 cases.The conventional group patients gave ordinary nursing,the research group gave high quality nursing on the basis of ordinary care,the clinical nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared,depression,anxiety score before and after nursing and complications in two groups were observe.Result：After the implementation of nursing,the two groups of patients with depression and anxiety scores were lower than before treatment（P0.05）,and the depression,anxiety score in the research group improved significantly better than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）,the nursing satisfaction rate in the research group was significantly higher than the conventional group（P〈0.05）,complication rates in the research group was significantly lower than the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of high quality nursing care for patients with painless stomach and anesthesia,can significantly improve patient＇s satisfaction,improve the patients＇ anxiety,depression,reduce the incidence of complications,to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
