摘要
目的:探究对接受无痛胃肠镜检查的患者进行优质护理的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至7月在中山市中医院接受无痛胃肠镜检查的2000例患者作为研究对象。根据就诊的先后顺序将其分为比较组(就诊时间为2019年1月至3月)与分析组(就诊时间为2019年4月至7月),每组各1000例患者。对比较组患者实施常规护理,在此基础上对分析组患者实施优质护理。然后比较两组患者检查的时间、检查后苏醒的时间、检查后并发症的发生率和对护理的满意率。结果:1)分析组患者检查的时间、检查后苏醒的时间均短于比较组患者,其检查后并发症的发生率低于比较组患者,P<0.05。2)分析组患者对护理的总满意率高于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受无痛胃肠镜检查的患者进行优质护理能够显著缩短其检查的时间和检查后苏醒的时间,降低其检查后并发症的发生率,提高其对护理的满意率。
Objective:To explore the effect of quality care for patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods:a total of 2,000 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to July 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a comparison group(visiting time from January to March 2019)and an analysis group(visiting time from April to July 2019)according to the sequence of visits,with 1,000 patients in each group.The comparison group of patients to implement routine care,on this basis for the analysis group of patients to implement quality care.Then the time of examination,the time to wake up after examination,the incidence of complications after examination and the satisfaction rate of nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The time of examination and the time to wake up after examination were shorter in the analysis group than in the comparison group,and the incidence of complications after examination was lower than in the comparison group(P<0.05).2)The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the analysis group was higher than that in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality care of the patients receiving painless gastroscopy can significantly shorten the examination time and the time to wake up after examination,red uce the incidence of complications after examination,and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.
