摘要
目的:探究充填式无张力疝修补术在治疗疝气方面的临床效果。方法:选取在笔者所在医院确诊为疝气的患者30例并接受充填式无张力疝修补术的患者列为观察组,选择同期在笔者所在医院院接受常规无张力疝修补术的患者为对照组,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的下床活动时间、住院时间和切口疼痛时间等明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为13.33%,对照组的并发症发生率为50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的止痛药使用率为3.33%,疝复发率为0;对照组的止痛药率为10.00%,疝复发率为16.67%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:充填式无张力疝修补能有效提升疝的治疗效果,缩短患者的住院时间和下床活动时间,降低患者的并发症发生率,改善患者的止痛药使用和疝复发的情况,值得在临床治疗中得到应用与推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of filling tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of hernia.Method：30 cases of hernia patients and underwent tension-free hernia repair who diagnosed in our hospital were selected as the observation group,the same period in the hospital to accept conventional tension-free hernia repair patients were selected as the control group.The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Result：The ambulation time,postoperative hospitalization time and incision pain time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P0.05）,the results for the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of complications of the observation group was 13.33%,the control group complication rate was 50.00%,there was significant difference（P0.05）.The pain rate in the observation group was 3.33%,recurrence rate was 0;the control group was 10.00% and 16.67%,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Filling tension-free hernia repair can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the hospitalization time and ambulation time of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the use of painkillers and hernia recurrence in patients with the situation,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical treatment.
