摘要
用二氯甲烷作为洗脱溶剂通过固相萃取的方法对水中的甲萘威、阿特拉津和苯并[a]芘进行同时萃取浓缩并转溶成甲醇溶液后,借助高效液相色谱紫外检测器(DAD)在220 nm波长下,结合荧光检测器(FLD)在激发波长为290 nm,发射波长为430 nm下进行同时测定。甲萘威和阿特拉津在0.03 mg/L^1.00 mg/L,苯并[a]芘在0.001 mg/L^0.100 mg/L范围内线性良好,检出限分别为0.010 ug/L,阿特拉津为0.009 ug/L,苯并[a]芘为0.0006 ug/L,空白水样加标平均回收率为70.2%~81.4%,平行测定3次的RSD<5%。
A method was established for simultaneous extraction and determination of carbaryl, atrazine and benzoapyrene in water samples by solid phase extraction (SPE) and high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) using methanol-wa- ter as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The determination was made both on a diode array detector (DAD) at the wave length of 220 nm and on a Fluorescence Detector (FLD) at the excitation wave length of 290 nm and emission wave length of 430 nm. The results indicated that the good linear ranges were 0.03 mg/L - 1.00 mg/L for carbaryl and atrazine and 0.001 mg/L - OAO0 mg/L for benzoapyrene with r = 0.9999. The determination limits of the method were 0.009 ug/L, 0.010 ug/L and 0.0006 ug/L for carbaryl, atrazine and benzoapyrene, respectively. The average recovery rate was 70.2% - 81.4%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.
