摘要
高等学校低碳化办公是一项长期而又复杂的系统工程,是建设低碳型校园的必由之路。文中运用脱钩理论对低碳化办公的概念进行了界定。参考国际通用的碳源核查体系,分析了高校办公过程中的碳排放源。目前,高等学校实施低碳化办公主要难点集中在技术、工具、意识、管理等多方面,文章提出加强办公碳排放源的测算与监控、培养高校管理人员低碳办公意识、建立低碳办公用品采购制度、完善高校低碳办公管理协调机制等建议。
It is a long -term,complicated but necessary project to fulfill lowuniversity. The paper firstly defines low-carbon office management based on decoupling further to analyzethesourceof carbon emission in theactivity of university officeaccording to theinter- nationally applied carbon sourceverification system. Sincethepresent obstacles in realizing low-carbon office lie in technology, devices, awareness and management, the paper finally puts forward theproposals to calculate and monitor office carbon sourcc,raise thelow - carbon office awareness of university administrative staff,establish low - carbon office suppliesprocurement system and perfect university low-carbon office management coordination mechanism.
