摘要
对温室气体排放ISO 14064标准在中国企业实施推广的可行性进行了研究。介绍了温室气体排放ISO 14064标准,结合国内外温室气体减排的形势需要,从全球低碳需求、国内政策与行动及企业面对的压力和机遇等方面分析了ISO 14064标准在中国企业实施的背景及意义,探讨了实施温室气体排放ISO 14064标准对于企业增加碳收益,树立企业良好社会责任形象,应对国际及国内碳排放政策,规避未来碳税风险具有的重要作用,在中国企业具有良好的推广前景。同时对实施风险进行了评估。
The feasibility of implementation of ISO14064 GHG （green house gas） emission in Chinese enterprise was discussed. The defination of ISO14064 GHG emission was introduced.The background and significance of implementation of the standand was analyzed from some aspects, the international and domestic demands, the polieys and action,the pressure and chance for enterprises. The important ruction of ISO14064 for enterprise was shown in increasing income from carbon trade, buliding up a good social responsibility, replying to the ineternatioal and domestic emisssion policy, avoiding the risk of carbon tax. The exeufing risk of ISO14064 was evaluated.
