连续波热塑充填在根尖封闭中的应用价值探究

摘要 目的:探究与分析连续波热塑充填在根尖封闭中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年2月-2016年2月于本院进行根管充填治疗的102例患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组51例和观察组51例,对照组进行冷侧压充填治疗,观察组则进行连续波热塑充填治疗,然后分别统计两组患者治疗后不同时间的临床总有效率,不同根尖周情况者的充填效果、充填时间及治疗满意度,并将统计结果进行比较。结果:观察组治疗后不同时间的临床总有效率均高于对照组,不同根尖周情况者的充填效果均好于对照组,充填时间均短于对照组,患者对治疗的总满意率也均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连续波热塑充填在根尖封闭中的应用效果较好,其在提升充填效果及缩短充填时间方面均发挥着积极的临床作用,因此临床应用价值较高。 Objective: To investigate and analyze the application value of thermoplastic filling with continuous wave in apical sealing.Method: A total of 102 patients treated with root canal filling in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 51 cases in each group, the control group was treated with filling with cold lateral condensation, the observation group was treated with thermoplastic filling with continuous wave, then the total clinical effective rates at different time after the treatment, filling effect, filling time and satisfaction degree for the treatment of different peri-apical situation of two groups were respectively analyzed, and the analysis results were compared.Result: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group at different time after the treatment were all higher than those of the control group, the filling effects of different peri-apical situation were all better than those of the control group, and the filling times were all shorter than those of the control group, the total satisfaction degree for the treatment were all higher than those of the control group, the differences were all significant ( P〈O.05 ) .Conclusion: The application effect of thermoplastic filling with continuous wave in apical sealing is better, and it has active clinical role in improving the filling effect and shortening the filling time, so its clinical application value is higher.
